DCM EMBA Metering & Control nv processes personal data in accordance with this privacy statement.

DCM EMBA Metering & Control nv collects and processes customers' personal data for customer and order management (including customer administration, order/delivery tracking, invoicing, solvency tracking, profiling and sending marketing and personalized advertising).

Personal data are processed on the basis of Article 6.1. If necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth, the customer's personal data will be shared with other companies (of the DCM EMBA Metering & Control nv group) within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly affiliated with DCM EMBA Metering & Control nv or with any other partner of DCM EMBA Metering & Control nv; Control nv or any other partner of DCM EMBA Metering & Control nv;

DCM EMBA Metering & Control nv guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data.

Personal data processed for customer management purposes will be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including accounting).

The customer has the right to access his personal data at any time and may correct them (or have them corrected) if they are inaccurate or incomplete, have them deleted, restrict their processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of Article 6.1 (f), including profiling on the basis of those provisions.

In addition, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.

In order to exercise the above rights, the customer is asked to:

The customer has the right to oppose, free of charge, any processing of their personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

The Customer has the right to file a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (Printing Press Street 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.be).
