DCM EMBA is the established expertise partner for leading players in fluid handling
In 1930, the forerunner of EMBA Techniek is founded in Rotterdam: a technical trading company with roots in the packaging and wood sectors. Soon the focus shifts to industrial applications. In the 1970s the company is renamed EMBA Techniek BV, with branches in Belgium and Germany, and a solid position in technical components and fluid systems.
Three years later, DCM arises in Antwerp, founded by Mr. De Craene and Mr. Marsily. The focus is on supplying the automotive and petroleum sectors. DCM grows steadily, expands into the Netherlands and strengthens its expertise with the acquisition of F.A. Sening Belgium. In 1989 the company moves to Waarloos, a location with space for workshops, garages and further growth.

In the 1980s and 1990s, EMBA and DCM both continued to build on their technical foundations. The companies invest in infrastructure, knowledge and customer proximity. With a growing team and a keen eye for innovation, they strengthen their role as an expertise partner for critical processes in storage, measurement and distribution of liquids.
.The turn of the millennium marks a tipping point. DCM and EMBA join forces and continue together as DCM EMBA.
